Title: Expectation and opportunities on the scope of the water resources management.
During the presentation, European, American, and Australian examples of good water management were presented. It was shown how we transferred these good practices to the current project. The speaker presented the island-based water balances that form the basis of water management and the results of the processing of precipitation data.

Title: Water protection measures required to maintain good water status
During the presentation, the methodology of the River Basin Management Planning was presented, which is based on the Water Framework Directive. The speaker briefly described the organizational structure of the water management sector in Hungary and then discussed some of the pressures that endangered water. Finally, the presentation concluded with the presentation of water protection measures that can reduce the effects of these pressures.
